As a result of a partnership between Capital Blue Cross and WellSpan Health of York, Pennsylvania, members in Central Pennsylvania now has expanded Medicare Advantage provider options. Capital Blue Cross customers will now have access to WellSpan’s 2,600 providers in the region.
