For the first time, Walmart is making its discounts on medications and other services available to self-insured firms through a partnership with Transcarent. Walmart’s healthcare services are now available to businesses of all sizes, according to a recently announced partnership. “We are committed to providing care to customers and the communities we serve through an integrated, omnichannel approach that improves engagement, health equity, and outcomes,” said Cheryl Pegus, MD, executive vice president of health and wellness at Walmart.
