Express Scripts appoints a new CMO
Express Scripts, a Cigna subsidiary, has selected Christine Gilroy, MD as its new chief medical officer. Dr. Gilroy joins the company as an associate CMO after working for Bright Health as an associate CMO. She was the governor-appointed physician and chair of CoverColorado and served as medical director at Colorado HealthOP. “Dr. Gilroy’s experience and expertise, particularly in the areas of health services and public health, will be a great service to our clients who look to Express Scripts to guide them through health care’s biggest challenges,” said Amy Bricker, Express Scripts president.
