Tenet Healthcare Corporation and Cigna Corporation have signed a new multi-year agreement that will extend and expand their network access. Through 2025, Tenet’s hospitals, physician clinics, and outpatient centers will be in-network for Cigna customers, including ambulatory facilities managed by United Surgical Partners International, which is consolidated in Tenet’s financial statements. “We are pleased to have reached this agreement with Cigna four months earlier than the expiration of our current contract,” said Ronald A. Rittenmeyer, Executive Chairman of Tenet Healthcare.
