The Supreme Court has yet again upheld the validity of the landmark Affordable Care Act (ACA), popularly known as Obamacare. This is the third that the apex court has preserved the law after it was enacted in 2010. The US healthcare industry has welcomed the court decision. Leading payer CVS has reiterated its plan to rejoin the individual insurance marketplace.
