She has nearly two decades of experience in healthcare policy, focusing on Medicaid programme design, operational improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Nora has worked on a wide range of topics related to Oregon’s healthcare reform, from developing Medicaid rates to assisting the Oregon Health Authority on health policy issues.
