BCBS of Minnesota for the first time now has the post of Chief Experience Officer. Matt Hunt has become the first appointee. Hunt comes to Blue Cross from the U.S. Bank in Minneapolis, where he served as vice president. Hunt will oversee the CX team to develop creative solutions that utilize standardized definitions, processes, and analytics to deliver more personalized and meaningful customer journeys.
