Quil, a digital health interaction platform, said recently that Dwight Raum, a former interim CIO, and chief technology officer at Johns Hopkins, will be its new chief digital officer. Quil is a joint venture between Independence Health Group and Comcast, and its digital health interaction platform is used by patients, members, and caregivers across the United States. Mr. Raum’s role as Quil’s chief digital officer will be to expand the company’s digital care interaction and linked home platforms, which provide consumers with tailored care plans, healthcare guidance, and resources.
