Leading health insurer Humana is all set to leaseback a portion of its swanky De Pere campus near Lawrence Drive. The company has termed the move a “strategic opportunity” to free up capital and invest in an updated and upgraded office environment. The undeveloped land is expected to be filled with a mix of development. The company said that mobile or work-at-home arrangements have left it with more dedicated office space than it is using in De Pere.
