With the current COVID-19 wave showing signs of ebbing, many companies are adopting a phased return-to-work strategy. Many of them are starting with employees who need to physically be on-site to perform their duties. Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield launched a pilot program in June to bring employees back to office. The program includes more than 200 of the payer’s 1,800 employees.
