
The most recent round of government telehealth money will go to 68 healthcare providers throughout the country to assist them purchase technologies and software to improve virtual care delivery. The initiative, which began in 2020 as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, will be relaunched in March, according to the government. The FCC has set aside $250 million for this year’s program, with more than $208 million already distributed to providers around the country.
