
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is allocating $49.4 million to bring down the tally of uninsured kids, parents, and pregnant people. Governments, nonprofits, schools and other organizations can seek up to $1.5 million for three years as part of the agency’s national Connecting Kids to Coverage campaign.”The Biden-Harris Administration is committed to advancing health equity, and encourages organizations that serve children, parents, and pregnant individuals in diverse and underserved communities to apply,” said CMS Administrator Chiquita Brooks-LaSure.
