Sarah Iselin has been named executive vice president of strategy and public relations at Blue Shield of California. At the Oakland, California-based corporation, Iselin is filling a recently established job. Iselin formerly worked at Guidewell, the parent company of Florida Blue, as executive vice president of government programs and diverse businesses.
