CloseKnit is the name of the new virtual-first solution, which includes preventative, primary, and urgent care, behavioral and mental healthcare, care coordination, and insurance navigation. CloseKnit is marketed by CareFirst as a solution to bridge healthcare gaps, particularly in primary care.
