David Yoo has been hired as the chief information officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. Mr. Yoo joins Vermont from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, where he served as vice president of digital and enterprise services. “David’s creative vision and energy will be a tremendous asset to Vermonters,” said Don George, president, and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. “It is a unique skill set to be person-focused while having a keen understanding of digital architecture.” Yoo grew up in Minnesota and lived in California while creating and managing digital products at Kaiser Permanente.
