Former Cerebral vice president Susan Liu is the new chief operating officer of Parallel Learning, an online health startup focused on diagnosing and treating kids with learning differences. Parallel has also appointed Robert Stager as director of partnerships. Stager will create partnerships with school districts to utilize the firm’s special education services. Gabriela Perez has joined Big Health, a digital therapeutics firm, as chief commercial officer from Ovia Health.
